Temvria is one of the Communities of the Nicosia District which is experiencing housing development. The location, the modern road network and the implementation of housing plans are only some of the factors contributing both to the housing development and the limitation of urbanization. 

In particular, Temvria is built in the middle of the Solea valley, at a distance of 60 km southwest of Nicosia. Additionally, the road network within the Community is deemed satisfactory, while efforts for its improvement are, at the same time, being made.

What is also worth mentioning is that the Community benefited from a Housing Plan. Several Community Residents have taken advantage of the above plan and have already repaired their residences.
